Blake Pritchett is a senior advisor for the Threat Finance and Sanctions Division at the Department of State. He was previously the deputy director of the Office of Economic Sanctions Policy and Implementation and a program manager for export control cooperation. He has been involved in sanctions, nonproliferation, and strategic trade controls for 20 years. With an early career in academia and later government service, Mr. Pritchett’s career has taken him to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Blake graduated with a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
